Food hygiene news
The latest UK food hygiene rating changes, as they happen. The Food Standards Agency publishes only a business's current rating — we watch for changes every night, so this is the one place you can see what just moved.
22 businesses have dropped · 19 have improved · 1 given a 0 — since we began watching on 9 July 2026.

How this works
Every night we compare the whole country's food hygiene ratings against the day before and record what changed. A rating is set by the local council on an unannounced inspection, so a change here means a business has been re-inspected and scored differently. Ratings can go up, down or stay the same, and a business has a right to reply. This feed shows what we have observed since we began recording; the official record is held by the FSA and the council.
