&lt;p&gt; After leaving another full-time job I have now come in to completely turn the place around.&amp;nbsp;All of&amp;nbsp;the points have either been, or are&amp;nbsp;in the process of being, dealt with. The kitchen is clean, we have had talks where the staff now implement all guidance, all practices&amp;nbsp;suggested have been put into place and we are&amp;nbsp;in the process of buying&amp;nbsp;new equipment for efficiency. We also have one night weekly where we deep clean everywhere. Some of us are also doing extra training.&amp;nbsp;We are going above normal procedures to ensure maximum Health &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;Safety for both&amp;nbsp;customer and staff&lt;/p&gt;
