A comprehensive improvement plan was put in place straight away, supported by additional management oversight, enhanced monitoring, further team training and independent compliance reviews to ensure improvements are embedded and sustained.<br /> We have met with the local authority to review the findings and the progress made since the inspection, and we will continue to work constructively with them while the improvement plan is delivered.
